Mixed Rips & Off-Cut's Grab Bag
I make cutting board blanks from my inventory, and below are the species I most recently processed:
- Black Walnut
- White Oak
- Hard White Maple
- Soft Maple
- Cherry
- African Mahogany
- Sapele
- Purple Heart
- Canary
- Padauk
- Bloodwood
- Wenge
- Black Limba
I sell, and therefore process, more Black Walnut than any other species, so you’ll see a concentration of Black Walnut rips in your box, but you will also get some of the others as well. The boxes I use measure 26"L x 6"W x 6"D, and each box will be filled to the top with rips and cut-off's.
No two boxes will be exactly alike, but I do try to fill them with an appropriate measure of rips, based on what is available.
Each box will cost $40 + tax, and I ship anywhere within the Continental United States.
I have lots and lots of cut-off’s and rips to organize still, and I process lumber every day, so this will be an ongoing thing.
