Black Walnut Rips & Off-Cut's
When I process lumber to make cutting board blanks, I set the rips and off-cut's to the side that don't "fit the cut", so to say. What that typically means is that the piece isn't wide and/or long enough to make a standard size cutting board blank. It could also mean that it has a knot or defect that I would typically choose to select out for my clear cutting board blanks. Either way, these pieces are still great, and you will be able to find many valuable uses for them, from cutting boards, to bottle openers, and much more.
Also, because I process cutting board blanks of multiple sizes, you will likely receive rips and off-cut's of two or more thicknesses in your box(es), from 4/4 to 8/4.
No two boxes will be exactly alike, but I do try to fill them with an appropriate measure of rips, based on what is available.
Each box will cost $30 + tax, and I ship anywhere within the Continental United States.
I have lots and lots of cut-off’s and rips, and I process lumber every day, so this will be an ongoing thing.
